Field inspectors provide a variety of non-valuation services to the real estate industry. They inspect properties for construction progress, identify maintenance issues, provide support in property verification assignments, and complete insurance and commercial property inspections. Some field inspectors also perform property preservation tasks such as securing foreclosures and vacant properties, lock changes and lawn maintenance.
